Last updated September 21, 2026. Ride Digital, LLC d/b/a RIDE Marketing Group.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ride Digital, LLC, doing business as RIDE Marketing Group ("RIDE," "we"), collects, uses, and shares personal information. It covers our websites, including ridemarketinggroup.com and ridedigitalsystems.com, our marketing, and the services we provide to clients.
When you deal with RIDE directly (you visit our sites, talk to us, or buy from us), RIDE decides how your information is used, and this policy applies in full.
When you contact one of our clients (for example, you call a contractor and their AI receptionist answers, or you fill in a form on their website), RIDE processes your information on that client's behalf, as their service provider. The client is responsible for it, and their own privacy policy applies. RIDE uses that information only to provide services to the client, as described in Section 6.

Public business information. We collect business contact information from public sources, such as online business directories and map listings, to identify businesses that may benefit from our services.
Calls and messages handled by RIDE's systems, including AI receptionists, may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by AI models so they can be answered, summarized, and routed. You will be told when a call is recorded. Chats and texts on our websites may be answered by an AI assistant. AI providers we use process this data only to provide the service to us, not to train their public models.
If you opt in to receive text messages from RIDE or from a business using RIDE's platform, you may receive messages about inquiries, appointments, reminders, and, where you agreed, offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers who help us deliver messages, such as telecom carriers and messaging platforms.
RIDE does not sell personal information for money. We share it only with:
Our sites use cookies, the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and Google advertising tags to measure visits and show relevant ads. We may upload hashed contact information, including business contact information from public sources, to advertising platforms to show ads to matched accounts. Under some state laws, this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising.
To opt out, email support@ridemarketinggroup.com with "Do Not Share" in the subject, use your browser's cookie controls, visit your Meta and Google ad settings, or visit optout.aboutads.info. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals where required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@ridemarketinggroup.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
If your request is about information a RIDE client collected through their business, we will refer it to that client or help them respond.
Residents of the EU, UK, and similar regions have the rights provided under the GDPR and equivalent laws. Our services are directed at US businesses.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal and tax requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client data is handled under our Terms of Service, including the 30-day export window after cancellation, then deletion. Backups are deleted on their normal cycle.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version with its date, and for material changes, email active clients at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
